The 19 fruits and vegetables in DOLBODA Hwan Beads are Cinnamon, Yam, Apple, Radish, Ginger, Leek(Chives), (Black) Pepper, Mustard, Cabbage, Onion, Paprika, Carrot, Chinese(Sichuan) Pepper, Bellflower Root, Broccoli, Garlic, Tumeric, Sweet Potato Stem, and Black Bean.
We have carefully hand-picked all vegetables from farms in the Korean countryside, which are known for their great-quality produce. We then dehydate the vegetables at a low-temperature, grind them into a fine powder, and finally work the powder into hwan beads by adding a dash of organic honey to bind the ingredients together.
